NC0301 | Hybridoma cell serum-free culture medium | 1000mL/Bottle | 2-8℃, store away from light | 12months |
NC0301.S | Anti-augmentation agent | 100mL/Bottle | 2-8℃, store away from light | 12months |
Anti-augmentative usage steps:
When the serum-free cultured hybridoma cells grow to the logarithmic growth phase, the day before the peak, add an anti-increasing agent according to the volume of the medium. If the medium is less than 100mL, add an anti-increasing agent to 100uL, and continue to culture after adding, when the cell viability drops to 30% to 40%, the supernatant can be harvested for antibody detection.
Precautions:
When using the anti-enhancing agent for the first time, please strictly follow the concentration recommended by our company. Generally, the antibody can be increased by 20% to 50%. The stimulating effect of different cell antibodies is different, and the optimal concentration needs to be further explored for different cell lines.
Use and Description
This medium can be used to culture hybridoma cells to obtain specific monoclonal antibodies.
Hybridoma cells are a fusion of lymphocytes (B cells) from immunized mice and mouse myeloma cells. The cells not only have the characteristics of cells that can produce specific antibodies but also have the unlimited proliferation ability of myeloma cells. It is a commonly used cell line for the production of monoclonal antibodies. The hybridoma serum-free culture medium has a clear chemical composition, does not add serum or serum substitutes (platelet lysate), and does not contain any animal-derived components. The difference between product batches is small, and all raw materials comply with GMP standards. More suitable for clinical research use.
